Slide Assembly was initially established in 2015 as a Trombone quartet with a view to exploring repertoire written or arranged for four Trombones.
Jon is now working on expanding the ensemble to look at arrangements for ten or more players both with and without rhythm section.

Jon has various short recital programmes prepared and is happy to visit music clubs and societies to perform these and talk about the Trombone and it's history.
Jon is also working on some new recital projects which he hopes to be performing in 2018...
